Strictly Rentals was the very first rental agency here in Ludlow more than ten years ago, needless to say, we have learned a few things along the way.  Knowing every property in our inventory is the first step to making sure we only offer you property that has passed our strict criteria for our rental program.

 All our property will not only be clean, safe and functional, our properties are also chosen for their quality of furnishings, appliances and unique amenities, whether its location, views, water frontage or simply its charm.  The other important factor is the owner themselves. We value our owners because they are of the same mindset as us, in our mission to please our customers.
